

Any monies paid to the Township in any department is handled in the Treasurer's office, and deposited by him into the appropriate account.

That includes paying the bills, collecting the taxes, and investing the money. The Treasurer is responsible, by statute, for managing the Township funds. The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operation of the Township, including the Police and Fire Departments, except for those areas whose responsibility falls to the Clerk or Treasurer. There are specific statutory responsibilities for each office. All Board members have an equal vote on Township matters that come before them. The Supervisor, Treasurer and Clerk are all full-time positions, while the four Trustees are part-time.

The current term will end on November 20, 2024.
